Oases Centre has recently been reviewing it's work, and has decided to set up a nursery school in the slums of Kawangware. It is hoped to be able to eventually offer 50 free places for the most needy orphans and children and those with special needs.
The first stage of the Oases Nursery Project has now begun, as you will see on the following page

Oases Academy has a number of pupils with special needs and it is planned to develop support in this area during 2012.
Oases Trust will be supporting this work. For information about the Trust and ways to become involved, follow the links.
During 2011 the Centre has become aware of the urgent need for support for families in the community.
The aim in 2012 will be to employ a part time social worker who will visit families in their homes and assess the most urgent needs. The Centre will look for ways to support those needs.
This project will be supported by Oases Trust
